I thought it so beautifully explained death to children that I immediately bought several copies and gave them to friends. It's a tender tale of death and new life. This mini-book uses the symbol of one water bug, climbing a stalk to turn into a dragonfly, never to return. This gift edition features enchanting full-color paintings by Gloria Ortiz Hernandez, an artist whose work has been exhibited in Europe, South America and the United States. A native of Columbia, she currently lives and creates her work on a farm in Pennsylvania. This hardback edition measures 4¼" x 6¼"
